Email-based delivery of market updates, research summaries, and exclusive content. Our newsletter system includes multiple tiers, from daily briefings to specialized sector reports.
Premium Research Services
On-demand research reports, custom analysis projects, and quantitative modeling services. These paid offerings require separate agreements and operate under specific delivery terms.
Data and Technology Tools
Access to proprietary financial models, market screening tools, and analytical dashboards. Some tools are freely available; others require subscription or payment.
Account Registration and Management
Creating Your Account
Account registration is straightforward but comes with responsibilities. When you sign up, you must provide accurate, current information. This includes your name, email address, and any optional profile details you choose to share. Registration requires you to be at least 18 years old (13 in some jurisdictions with parental consent). We verify age during registration and may request documentation if there’s doubt about a user’s age. Your username becomes part of our community. Choose carefully—it’s how other users will identify you in comments and forums. Usernames can’t be changed easily, so select something you’re comfortable maintaining long-term.

When content is removed, the author receives notification explaining which rule was violated. Repeated violations escalate from warnings to temporary bans to permanent account termination.

Billing and Payment Processing
Our billing system handles various payment methods and ensures secure transaction processing: Major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers for larger custom projects. Cryptocurrency payments considered on a case-by-case basis. If automatic renewal fails, services continue for 7 days while we attempt to resolve payment issues. After 7 days, service suspends until payment is received.
Contact our billing department within 60 days of any charge you wish to dispute. We investigate all disputes promptly and fairly. Digital products are generally non-refundable due to instant delivery. Custom research projects may include milestone-based refund provisions. Subscription services offer refunds within 30 days if service issues are our fault.
Service Availability and Technical Terms
System Reliability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but can’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Financial markets operate 24/7, and we aim to match that availability, but technical limitations and maintenance windows require occasional downtime. Scheduled maintenance happens during off-peak hours, typically late nights or weekends. We announce planned downtime at least 48 hours in advance through email and platform notifications.
